Vinca minor Blue Waves

Vinca minor 'Blue Waves' (pbr) combines the large flowers of Vinca major with the growth habit of Vinca minor. The large propellor-shaped lilac-blue flowers arise in waves, contrasting nicely with dark green circular foliage. The plant is ideal as a groundcover in shaded areas. 

'Blue Waves' flowers abundantly in spring and has a longer flowering period compared to other Vinca minor varieties. All in all a great plant for both growers (because it fills the pot faster) and consumers (due to the longer flowering period).
