The first purple Physocarpus!
Physocarpus opulifolius 'Purple Horizon' (pbr) has purple colored foliage and is not susceptible to sunburn. The plant branches out well and will grow (without pruning) to appr. 1,5 meter high.

Also in full sun the foliage of 'Purple Horizon' (pbr) stays purple.
All in all a great addition to the Physocarpus assortment.
