Hydrangea serrata Summer Glow

Hydrangea serrata 'Summer Glow' is a beautiful serrata novelty. 'Summer Glow' flowers on one year old branches. 'Summer Glow' flowers well above the foliage. Because of this the plant is perfect in the visual assortment. 'Summer Glow' is very hardy and can handle a late frost in spring fairly good. In autumn the foliage of the plant colors deep red. Depending on the pH, Hydrangea serrata 'Summer Glow' flowers with blue or pink lace cap flowers.
