Acer palmatum Brown Sugar

Acer palmatum'Brown Sugar' is a very healthy and strong growing Japanese Maple. In spring the plant's shoots are chocolate brown to dark green. After the longest day the second growth is bright red and keeps on growing until late September. Since the plant ramifies well, it develops into a good shrub in a short period of time. The branches are bright red throughout the winter. Acer palmatum 'Brown Sugar' is absolute hardy.
